Meet Rebecca

Rebecca is the classic theatre kid trope. A goody two shoes in school and someone desperate for validation — and so, as you can imagine an overachiever. She finished school and then continued to study: a Bachelor of Business and Creative Industries, majoring in Management and Entertainment Industries, a Diploma of Event Management, an Associate Degree in Ministry, and finally a Masters of Digital Communication.
While she was trying to prove herself through education, she also travelled the world… hitting up 42 countries.
Becca got her first marketing job at a start-up. No contract, no tools, no help and no real direction. Just having a crack at with the theoretical knowledge provided by university.
She then moved on to a digital marketing agency — you know, to get some real training. She did what any smart marketer does… Worked the hours, put her hand up for everything, and jumped from position to position (ie. web team support to project manager to SEO specialist) until she had found herself at the top of the ladder. Operations Manager at a leading Brisbane digital marketing agency.
Here, she met Laura and while becoming besties, they built a solid working relationship where they ideated and built and overhauled several digital marketing products.

Becca’s marketing style is analytical — she’s into the numbers of it all. But she still loves a good brand — one with a personality.
As for the personal stuff, Becca got married in 2023, next to the love of her life, her bridesmaid, Laura. She told that classic lie we all say on our wedding day, and called Gerald, her now-husband, that he was her best friend. It is what it is.
Becca is also a dog mum and she’s not ashamed. Odie and Loki are 4 life. For Rebecca, most things come back to her British roots but it’s important that you don’t ask her if she’s from London (it’s Okehampton, thank you very much).
